A game is considered complete (for rainout purposes) once the game has been started.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR TEAMS THAT HAVE GAMES FORFEITED AGAINST THEM. TEAM IS CREDITED WITH WIN AND RECEIVES USSSA POINTS. TEAM FORFEITING RECEIVES NO USSSA POINTS. EACH SITUATION IS HANDLED ON CASE BY CASE BASIS BY TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR. .
